F&M Rail Service, Inc was founded in November 2003, by James and Shirley O’Kelley.

Together, they ran and operated F&M until the untimely passing of Mr. O’Kelley in 2020. Ms. O’Kelley continues to run F&M with the same high standards and individualized customer care set forth by Mr. O’Kelley.

 

F&M Rail Service is a leading mechanical contractor specializing in providing high-quality railway maintenance, inspections, and repair work to both diesel and battery powered locomotives. With a team of dedicated mechanical experts, F&M maintains several fleets of locomotives for multiple short line railroads and individualized customers across the country.
